Good customer service
I didnt answer one question as some assumptions have to be made that first service is oil change
Only difference from report is vehicle check sheet different from last service on my previous car i had service on
And no service book with stamp as far as i know just one page ... Read more

The guy i was dealing with was [...]. He was excellent. I waited while the work was being done and twice he provided me with an update as to the progress. [...] dealt with me in a very capable maner and kept me fully appraised of what was going on and properly explained things to me. I went to [...] because I wanted my car repaired professional and put back to the way it was before the crash. When I got my car back it wasn't fully fixed, when I asked why it wasn't repaired I was told that the damage didn't happen in the crash. My car was perfect before the accident, when I spoke to the [...] employee she said it would be 100% when I got it back and that I won't have to deal with the insurance as she will handle everything. The car was not fixed 100% and when I questioned it I found the staff member very rude and unprofessional. The part that wasn't repaired was a cheap and easy fix and should have been covered by the other party's insurance and would have cost [...] nothing to repair it. I'll never use [...] again!
